Jovan, croque-mort et musicien, traverse chaque jour la frontière entre la vie et la mort. Le film le suit dans son travail aux pompes funèbres, ses concerts et ses voyages, pour nous inviter à saluer la vie et apprivoiser la mort.
Jovan, undertaker and musician, crosses the border between life and death every day. The film follows him in his work at the funeral home, his concerts, and his travels, inviting us to celebrate life and confront death.
Sonia Zoran
Sonia Zoran, Née à Vevey et diplômée en sciences politiques à Lausanne, Sonia Zoran débute dans la presse écrite (L’Hebdo, 24 Heures, Nouveau Quotidien), puis s’impose à la radio avec des émissions de reportages sur La 1ère. En 2015, elle reçoit le Prix Dumur et devient indépendante, créant ses propres programmes avant de passer au cinéma. Elle co-réalise SEULS ENSEMBLE, son premier documentaire, puis co-réalise son deuxième long métrage, À LA VIE, À LA MORT, actuellement en finition.
Born in Vevey and holding a degree in political science from the University of Lausanne, Sonia Zoran began her career in print journalism (L’Hebdo, 24 Heures, Nouveau Quotidien), then established herself on radio with documentary programs on La 1ère. In 2015, she received the Prix Dumur and became independent, creating her own programs before moving into cinema. She co-directed SEULS ENSEMBLE, her first documentary, and is currently finalizing her second feature documentary, À LA VIE, À LA MORT.

Thomas Wüthrich
Thomas Wüthrich est né à Zurich. Il étudie le droit à l’Université de Zurich, puis se forme au cinéma à la London International Film School. De retour en Suisse, il co-fonde Echo Film, une société de production zurichoise, pour laquelle il réalise de nombreux films. Il travaille également comme chef opérateur aux côtés de cinéastes reconnus tels que Jacqueline Veuve, Dominique De Rivaz, Dominique Othenin-Girard, Markus Welter et Martin Guggisberg. Il co-réalise SEULS ENSEMBLE avec Sonia Zoran. Son deuxième long métrage, À LA VIE, À LA MORT, est actuellement en finition.
Thomas Wüthrich was born in Zurich. He studied law at the University of Zurich, then trained in filmmaking at the London International Film School. Back in Switzerland, he co-founded Echo Film, a Zurich-based production company, for which he has directed numerous films. He also works as a cinematographer with renowned filmmakers such as Jacqueline Veuve, Dominique De Rivaz, Dominique Othenin-Girard, Markus Welter, and Martin Guggisberg. He co-directed SEULS ENSEMBLE with Sonia Zoran. His second feature film, À LA VIE, À LA MORT, is currently in post-production.
